I have experienced a strong and healthy market here in Tacoma, Washington the past year. It's nice to get back to a normal market that benefits buyers and sellers. Pricing has been corrected and buyers are not hesitating waiting to see what the market is going to do. With  turning the corner the market has become vibrant again and that's a win win for everyone!
